    FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

    Theron Cook is an award-winning muralist and creative strategist with over 16 years of experience leading public art projects, branding campaigns, and community-focused workshops. His entrepreneurial skills were cultivated through firsthand experience managing creative projects, collaborating with municipalities and schools, and developing his own art-based business from the ground up.

    VICE PRESIDENT & PR DIRECTOR

    Ronai Rivera holds a master’s degree in Digital Media Studies and a bachelor’s in Corporate Communications. She has over a decade of experience in public relations and marketing strategy, having worked with small businesses, creatives, and nonprofit organizations to build brand identity and community trust.

    SECRETARY

    Monique Johnson is an entrepreneur, licensed mental health professional, and community advocate, well known as the founder and CEO of Abnormel Apparel LLC, a clothing brand that promotes mental health awareness and diversity. Through her brand and leadership, she has organized impactful community events—including Reading’s first Juneteenth Parade and Festival—and continues to engage the community with workshops, food drives, and youth support initiatives.
