Who we are
Our Mission
To empower individuals through artistic expression as a tool for healing, education, and growth, using creativity to foster mental wellness, personal resilience, and meaningful community connection.
Our Story
Founded by award-winning muralist and brand strategist Theron Cook, the TCA Don’t Quit Foundation was born from a deep belief in the transformative power of art. What began as a personal calling to inspire through murals and creative storytelling has grown into a movement—one that merges art, education, and mental wellness to uplift individuals and communities across Berks County. Through workshops, interactive exhibits, and art therapy events, we create spaces where people can explore their emotions, celebrate their identities, and rediscover the joy of expression.
Today, the foundation is evolving into something even greater: a creative hub for empowerment and healing. Through our signature initiative, Don’t Quit Omniversity, we are developing a physical space dedicated to education, entrepreneurship, and art-driven wellness. This hub will serve as a gathering place for artists, families, and small business owners to learn, create, and connect, offering workshops, art therapy sessions, and community events that inspire creativity, strengthen mental well-being, and build economic opportunity. Together, we are transforming the way communities see art—not just as a form of expression, but as a catalyst for lasting change.
